I am trying to add a Live Channel to Media Zone in an Advanced Channel.  I have a series of 4 Live Channels configured and I am trying to setup a way to show them on a configured schedule.  I have an Advanced Channel created and 4 separate layouts configured.  I found some language this site to link a media zone to a live channel, but it does not let me proceed.  AI created these steps below, but I cannot get past Step 4.  I’m lookin for any further guidance anyone can provide.  Steps to add a Live Channel to a Media Zone (advanced channel)1) Create the Live ChannelCreate a Live channel and configure the stream (HLS or multicast) in the Live channel Edit tab. Hello! In utilizing the Schedule Board Integration with Microsoft Office 365, I’m currently only able to show the schedule for specific Conference Rooms. Hello,I’m currently working on the Home tab (Employee Experience Themes) on the Appspace homepage and have noticed a couple of issues.The hyperlinks in the HERO-style section that I have added under Resource Pages are not working. This functionality worked previously when I first created the page, but it no longer appears to be functioning. I also see that the “Make a Reservation” widget is included in the live Holmdel template. However, it is not displaying on my homepage view. It does appear for another colleague who has their location set to Holmdel.Could you please advise on how to troubleshoot these issues at your earliest convenience?Thank you in advance for your help!Tracy Stout

I am trying to create an API Token, and I am following the instructions in the Knowledge Base, but when I get to the part where it says to Enable API Key, I do not see that section in my interface.

Is it possible to set the duration for “all day”? Example - an employee who forgets their ID badge checks in as a drop in guest. The duration they select only goes to 6 hrs. That employee tried to check out when they left for the day (beyond the six hours) and got an error message. Can they check out after their duration ends?

We infrequently have events on campus for which we would like to take over devices during the event to play cards specific to the event, with regular content resuming afterward.For example, Device_1 plays Channel_1 cards, Device_2, Channel_2, etc. There are four devices at Building_1. We would like all four devices in Building_1 to play a different set of event cards, possibly Channel_event, during the event and then go back to their regularly scheduled content.Is there a relatively simple way to accomplish this temporary takeover?

How can I print my badges to a bluetooth Brother QL-820NWB printer connected to my ipad?

When a drop in guest checks in at the kiosk the "purpose" defaults to "visiting" on the printed tag. How can we have it print the correct purpose?

Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue with BrightSign players (both Cobra and Malibu family)?We’re seeing instances where the Appspace app fails to launch after a nightly reboot. The device remains on, but shows a content-less/blank screen like in the attached snapshot.Symptoms we’re seeing:In Appspace, the device shows as offline / lost connection In BSN / BA Connected, the device shows as healthy and we can perform remote actions (reboot, software updates, screenshots, etc.) Rebooting and updating BrightSign OS/firmware (when available) does not bring Appspace back The temporary workaround is to re-provision the player via BSN Cloud / BA Connected, but this only works for players originally created via BSN Some of our players were created using the Appspace image and cannot be remotely re-provisioned, and they’re experiencing the same issueLog information:From the device logs on a player where A

Many times, we build a playlist with Column Transition set to NONE.    Today, the option set for the Transition field is showing the following prefix of ADMIN.LABELS (1st screenshot)Typically when we set the Transition to NONE, we no longer see the Transition Icon (2nd screenshot) – it’s a good visual to know that we have set it to NONE. We’re trying to load content for an event this weekend, and want to make sure that the Appspace is still behaving as expected.We are trying to determine if there was a change made that we were not aware of. Hi, just was wondering how to access Device Tasks?As far as I know, I should just be able to access it by clicking on the hamburger menu, then go to Devices>Device Tasks. But all I see is Device Licensing. I am an Account Owner and Location Admin and have access to everything, even Global settings. I’m just trying to push some updates for Appspace app to several BrightSign devices. I am using the property player.play.themesettings.home.channelrows.count for a channel group.  No matter what I put in there, I only ever get 1 row.  I have 10 channels in the group.  However, player.play.themesettings.home.channelcolumns.count works just fine. I would like to be able to just scroll up and down, and not have to do left an right.  And if I make the columns too narrow, it is hard to see the icon.I have coppied and paste the settings names and I have checked for additional space, it all seems fine.

I am having a issue on a new Cisco Room Bar that I have digital signage integrated and enabled on the device within control hub. I was able to register the unit and get it added into the AppSpace account. I can assign it a channel that has new library items but the issue is when this happens it doesn’t display anything at all. I have created new library items and new channels and this still doesn’t work.

Hello! Has anyone ran into users becoming suspended or losing their licensing overnight? We have had it a couple times recently where current active users will either become suspended without any changes being made or they lose their Premium Licensing and receive an error when logging in. 

Hi,When using Export devices, the export does not include key network and identity details - specifically the device serial number, MAC address, and IP address.I am currently aligning BSN Cloud with Appspace devices. For this purpose, it would be extremely helpful if the device serial number were included in the export so it can be used as a reliable reference for linking the two datasets.At the moment, the export only includes:GUID Name Description Application GUID Application Name Group GUID Group Name tagsXXIncluding the following fields would be much more valuable:Device name Type Sync Status Location

Way back maybe a year now, appspace required a version change to continue working with Webex boards.  Ever since then I am not able to log into my existing account nor create a new one.  Has anyone seen this or know of a way I can completely disassociate my webex tenant with appspace so I can try again from scratch?

Is there a way to copy and past a slide multiple times? I am creating daily meeting slides (one for each day of the week) and setting them to display on the appropriate day. I would also like them to show on every other slide.  So it would look something like this:Monday meetings, weather, Monday meetings, social media, Monday meetings, Board meeting, etc.Tuesday meetings, weather, Tuesday meetings, social media, Tuesday meetings, Board meeting, etc.Do I have to load each slide and set the parameters and move them to every other slide? If so, this means that I would have to load 15 slides and save the parameters every time, every week. Please tell me there is an easier way to do this. I would love to load 5 slides, set the parameters and THEN copy and past.

Whenever I try to create content in a channel it shows in the preview section that the particular content is being displayed but the content does not actually show on the display. I have to go to devices and change the channel in order to get the content to display. I do not like doing it this way reason being, whenever the content expires it causes the TV screens to go blank when I need them to be displaying something at all times. Can anyone help with this?

I am having a issue where I have a PowerPoint that has one slide and within that PowerPoint the one slide is in the portrait orientation. Some more background, this is going on a monitor that is setup vertically (portrait) and within the channel, it is setup as a full screen device template and the item is setup with the defaults (aspect ratio: uniform fill), the device is setup with a display orientation of portrait, and the card is contain within image fit . When I go to upload the PowerPoint the content conversion (card) is then scrunched up and is pushed together. I was exporting the PPT to PDF and uploading the PDF but seems very redundant.

I am having a issue where I have a channel assigned to a new Tizen 7.0 device and when I put the single card onto the channel, which will be the only thing that is on this channel/device. It will display the content for its 30 second image duration and then will go black then come back. I am wanting to know how to set this up so this will be on constant nonstop without it moving or changing. I just need the card to be on display and not change. I don’t want it to be on display and move to a duplicate card or have a duplicate within the imported PowerPoint. It is operating on 2.91.I can move to a Bright sign if this resolves the issue but would like to utilize the point of buying a digital signage display with Samsung Tizen (Custom App).
