New SureVue C1 is connecting to app space v8.0.2 but it's not showing up on the device list.

I have two new SureVue C1 and both of them are not showing up in the device list. An older version is at the same site.

Old MVOS: 23.03.15.00 - Registered and working

New MVOS: 25.12.01.00 - Shows connected at the player side but not showing up on the device list.

Appspace on prem is 8.0.2

Is this a SW/OS compatibility issue?

@Sean Smith this may need you to submit a case, but prior to submitting a case, here are some things you may want to try check and troubleshoot:

Network Configuration:

- Ensure ports 8884-8887 are open on your firewall for SureVue devices' mesh networking communications

- Verify the devices can reach Appspace URLs on port 443

Device Registration:

- Power cycle the new devices after registration to help them appear in the device list

- Check if the devices show a 6-character registration code and complete registration through Devices → Add → Register a Device

Troubleshooting Steps:

- Confirm the devices have internet access and can reach https://cloud.appspace.com

- Check device clock synchronization

- Verify the devices aren't showing "Lost Communication" status

If these do not solve your issue, I suggest submitting a support case and outlining all the steps and troubleshooting that you have already taken.
