I need to have one Remote to control Both  the Samsung TV and media player Assuresd version MVOS: 25.10.01.04 For Appspace App ,

 

I ,e My Samsung TV remote contra BN59-01180B can only  move left and right  , enter control not working   , further can I create a new Remote control settings/buttons  on the  Appspace application and it will match the Samsung remote

    Hi ​@Nazar !

    I reached out to our internal teams regarding your question about controlling the Appspace App with your Samsung remote.
    Unfortunately, the limitation is inherent to the MVOS device (Samsung Tizen display) itself, not the Appspace application.

    • The MVOS operating system does not support the custom configuration or physical IR inputs needed to integrate your non-standard remote fully.
    • USB IR receivers are also not supported by the underlying operating system.

    This means we,  unfortunately, cannot force the device to recognize the missing "Enter" function from your remote.

    I apologize, I know that was not the answer you were hoping for.
