Cisco Device Integration - Not Displaying Channel

I am having a issue on a new Cisco Room Bar that I have digital signage integrated and enabled on the device within control hub. I was able to register the unit and get it added into the AppSpace account. I can assign it a channel that has new library items but the issue is when this happens it doesn’t display anything at all. I have created new library items and new channels and this still doesn’t work.
