Appspace Configuration Tab Link Issue

Hello,

I’m currently working on the Home tab (Employee Experience Themes) on the Appspace homepage and have noticed a couple of issues.

  • The hyperlinks in the HERO-style section that I have added under Resource Pages are not working. This functionality worked previously when I first created the page, but it no longer appears to be functioning.
  • I also see that the “Make a Reservation” widget is included in the live Holmdel template. However, it is not displaying on my homepage view. It does appear for another colleague who has their location set to Holmdel.

Could you please advise on how to troubleshoot these issues at your earliest convenience?

Hi Tracy - 

 

Can you open a new page in an incognito/private window and test the link there? If it works, clear your regular browser cache and reload.

You might also check to see if there is a rule that blocks or changes how the URL opens (for Web or Native Mobile). From the Appspace Console, check Employee Experience → Settings → Custom Link Behavior to see if there’s a rule that blocks or changes how that URL opens (for Web or Native Mobile).

Also, if this is happening in the mobile app, there was a known issue where internal community hyperlinks in the mobile app didn’t respond when tapped (fixed in a maintenance release).

 

For Holmdel - I was able to see that you have access to making a reservation in the Employee App.  Is this still an issue?
