I am having a issue where I have a PowerPoint that has one slide and within that PowerPoint the one slide is in the portrait orientation. Some more background, this is going on a monitor that is setup vertically (portrait) and within the channel, it is setup as a full screen device template and the item is setup with the defaults (aspect ratio: uniform fill), the device is setup with a display orientation of portrait, and the card is contain within image fit . When I go to upload the PowerPoint the content conversion (card) is then scrunched up and is pushed together. I was exporting the PPT to PDF and uploading the PDF but seems very redundant.
