Hello team,  Can someone confirm - Is there any time limit, we have to wait untill the device shows under device section? I added the device via MTR Pro portal. It shows straight under channels > publish > assign devices. But the same device not showing direct device section where all devices are listed. Also, is Out of Sync status is normal for MTR devices or are there any firewalls barrier which is limiting devices to shake hands? 

Hi,When we create a Passport connection to SharePoint and use that Passport to create a SharePoint card, all SharePoint site collections within the tenant are displayed. Users can select and access any site collection from the list, even if they do not have permissions to that SharePoint site.Is there a way to restrict this behavior so that users can only view and select:Specific approved SharePoint sites, or Only the SharePoint sites to which they have been granted access?We would like to prevent users from seeing or selecting site collections for which they do not have the appropriate permissions. Hello all, I’m trying to update the Appspace app on our BrightSign players from 2.98.0 to 2.99.0 using the Appspace scheduled update feature. What I’m finding is that some of them do so without issue, whereas others will not update at all. Hello team,  I have tried configuration - uniform fill and uniform. Still content from top is getting cut off. Is there anything we can do to fix this ? Same issue with windows device -appspace and android

Hello community, I would like to buy a tv stick or key in order to be used in production tv. I need to connect Appspace of the tv which would be downloaded on the tv to the principal account Appspace managed by main user account. This is done in order to automatically update content on the channel selected to be diplayed on the tv identified

I have created both a playlist and signage channel.  I have given the channels a thumbnail, 16x9. I have added those to a group.  I assigned the group to a device.  The channels show in the group on the device.  However, rather then showing the thumbnail, it shows the first card in the channel.  I have gone through the settings for the device, but I cannot figure out what is going on.  It used to work, then IT made some changes, and now it’s not working.

So there is no support for Chrome 150, we’ve had to roll back which isn’t ideal from a security point of view.And now AppSpace has been depreciated from the Chrome webstore, what are people using as an alternative?  Is it a PWA option?  

I have a very basic task to accomplish and I’m finding it very difficult compared to the previous version of Appspace.  We have our own template with our logo and background.  At the very top it has WELCOME.  Below this I have always inserted the logo of the customer coming to visit our facility. However, I have yet been able to do so. I click on upload image and it creates a different card instead of uploading it into my current template. I have no way of sizing my customer’s logo either - I have no edit button.Any suggestions?

Hello team, Enrolled windows PC for appspace via downloading the app from microsoft app word. But after enrolling the device and running the content, i am getting windows task bar displaying with content. Any way to show only content ?

Hi Support Team,Trying to investigate an issue of CHANNEL visibility when trying to apply content into a channel from the LIBRARY view when using ‘Add channel’ button. Currently when the “Select existing” view loads in it is showing all channels available under the ‘DEFAULT’ Location (very top level of hierarchy of locations. Channels are also set to this top level as well in their individual settings (for ‘Location’). A user with the role AUTHOR at “All Locations” is able to view all channels instead of the sub-set provided within the User Profile Permissions. They are in a USER GROUP which provides this subset (it is not inherited by default) and those channels are listed as ‘Can Publish’ at the Top Level location. Those channels exist in Channel Groups which also have the user group added as Publishers. The channel groups are also at the Top level location. From all accounts a User in permissions set x, should be only able to VIEW the channels and channel groups assigned to permissi

Hello. The Appspace system was upgraded over the weekend and it completely messed up my Advanced Channels. The televisions were showing black screens. After contacting my support tech - he was able to get me back one of the content pages BUT all of the content was missing and/or out of order. I literally spent HOURS redoing my six channels!!  Everything had to be manually linked and then reorganized because EVERYTHING is out of order even though it’s supposedly linked to the main channel. I have NEVER had this problem in the past with keeping content in order. I was NOT happy. Then there were also duplicates in some channels that had to be deleted. I had to look at every content section in every channel. Then I noticed that the ‘replace’ option in each content piece is missing! Which means now I will need to add the new data piece and renumber it all to put it in its proper place on the page. This upgrade is horrible and NOT user friendly! PLEASE put the REPLACE option back ASAP!  

Seems like a new user interface this morning. I now don't have the option to enable / disable Text Ticker content within the widget 

Anyone else having issues with their linked source channel content details not being passed through to the display channel? Example: we have a slide in a linked source channel with a start date of 9/15/2026, which does not show in Preview when you test it from that linked source channel directly (as it shouldn’t since it’s before 9/15). but when i load up the display channel that links to it via the linked source, it running immediately, completely disregarding the start date in the linked source channel. We’re also seeing the linked source channel durations and frequency restrictions are not being honored by the display channels. this is pretty disruptive, as we have content plotted out throughout the entire year to run at very specific times, and now everything, regardless of its start date, is running. and content we want on screen for long periods of time are all rotating at the default speed (12s), creating a giant mess. we have content running on over 300 screens, and this affect

I would like to use your World Clock template.  I can find the correct time zone but can’t edit the title to reflect the actual “location within the timezone” is there a way to do that?  I can find Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - but I want it to read Winsted, MinnesotaI can find Mexico City, Mexico - but want it to read Izcali, Mexico

Hello, We have a unique AppSpace Public Cloud setup. We run all Advanced channels that use Media Zones to share and display content across controlled content channels. This allows us to push slides to specific locations, type of room (waiting area, hallway, etc). Its worked very well for us for many years. We also had issues this past week because Google had not whitelisted AppSpace v151 and it broke over 100 devices. v151 still isn’t working for us so we’re forcing v150 until you can get things sorted out. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues due to updates so we’re getting frustrated here.  With that, I’m very worried the 'new Signage Channel experience' is going to break everything. Can someone please reach out to me so we can talk about the Google App issue and the 'new Signage Channel experience' being forced on us? 

I am trying to publish a channel with a quadrant template to a Cisco Navigator and an iPad running Appspace App for Devices. Both devices are not showing the quadrant template but instead just show the content from the upper left quadrant. Are channel templates not supported on these devices or is there a setting I am missing? The quadrant layout does not show up on the physical device or on the device preview in the console. The channel preview shows correctly. 

Got a couple of TIZENTV’s just displaying a blank black screen.AppSpace reporting them as Online, In Sync, and recently updated.TV’s have been power-cycled, and network ports have been bounced, still the same.Most of our devices are fine, just 2 experiencing this.Any ideas?

Sometimes appspace does not load content but showing this loading screen, to solve this problem i’ve tried rebooting device and disable and enable back the content which it resolved the problem but issue appears again later time. We are using google chromebox as a PC and for the content using google slides.

Can a live channel be added to a playlist channel for scheduling play time?I have a playlist where I believe I can schedule content to play each day through the month.  Now I need to add live channel content to the schedule. Can that live channel that I have be scheduled or added in to the playlist channel?
