Good morning,Is it possible to set up a site visit to show us how to properly use the app?

I would like to use your World Clock template.  I can find the correct time zone but can’t edit the title to reflect the actual “location within the timezone” is there a way to do that?  I can find Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - but I want it to read Winsted, MinnesotaI can find Mexico City, Mexico - but want it to read Izcali, Mexico 

I need to ,cerate a Dashboard in Appspace showing  WebEx calls & meetings and Video mesh conferences statisticsThe challenge  is that we do have multi factor authentication and I need to create the card with Embedded  account credentials  , using power PI is the last opation to try ...any ideas ?

Hi everyone 👋I’ve started exploring and testing the Visitor Management feature and wanted to get your thoughts.Does anyone use it regularly and have tips on how to make the most of it?Also, do you find it helpful that visitor bookings show up in both Reservations and the Visitors tab? If you’ve had a reservation cancelled and you are not sure why, check out the event action logs within analytics! From the Dashboard, under Admin, click on Analytics. Then select the Reports tab. You’ll then hit Create and scroll down to the Events Action Log option. You can customize the report generated by date, location, user, and action type that you are looking for. Most frequently, cancellations that are unexpected will be associated with the event action type of “ResourceDeclinedDueToConflict”. Often people may book meetings via Outlook, but the room may have some additional constraints in Appspace that create a conflict. Reviewing this report can give helpful information to see why something may have been cancelled and to track changes.

Is there any way to obtain from Appspace the unique identifier (number etc) for a meeting that has been scheduled?  Is there any way to retrieve that identifier or have it confirmed to show up on the admin screens? Thank You

I have a display that allows users to interact with a card.  The card and interaction work fine, but the logistics are causing some issues.The display is mounted about 10 feet in the air and about 5 feet from the actual user work area.   The primary purpose for the display is to communicate data to everyone in the area, but a few times on each shift, a user needs to enter some simple data.Enter the cursor.  On the large screen, at that distance, with safety glasses on, the cursor is very hard to see.  All I want to do is change the cursor size and maybe color to make it stand out more.The display boxes are Chrome units.  I can change the cursor details in Chrome, but once AppSpace launches, the cursor reverts to standard.If would be nice to have a card that does not display on the screen, but allows background details to be edited such as cursor size, screen scaling, etc.Any suggestions or Ideas?Thanks.-Mike 

I'm having issues creating a passport for a Tableau card to show a private visualization on Tableau Server. The error message is benign and not helpful for troubleshooting so wondering if there is any know tips for success.

Important Note: There’s a difference between Appspace App for Windows and Appspace App for Universal Windows Platform (UWP WebView2). Appspace App for Windows is a standard executable file that launches at startup. Appspace UWP is the Microsoft Store version and allows you to use the native Windows Assigned Access (Kiosk mode) function. This topic pertains to Appspace App for Windows, not UWP. Both installers are available in Appspace: Top left menu icon > System > Downloads. Problem: When the local Windows account logs in, the desktop and taskbar displays for a moment before the Appspace software launches.  QUESTION: How do I see the provider email that is associated with a specific resource?ANSWER: When resource names are changed within Appspace, sometimes it is difficult to know what provider resource the Appspace resource is tied to. While you cannot see this value visually on your console or dashboard, you are able to view this value within the browser developer tools.Within the Appspace Admin Console, select the 3-line menu in the upper-left corner of the screen. Select the Reservations module. Select the Resources tab. Open the Network tab of your Developer Tools by typing F12 on your keyboard. This is also found within the browser options > more tools > developer tools.
