Seems like a new user interface this morning. I now don't have the option to enable / disable Text Ticker content within the widget 

Anyone else having issues with their linked source channel content details not being passed through to the display channel? Example: we have a slide in a linked source channel with a start date of 9/15/2026, which does not show in Preview when you test it from that linked source channel directly (as it shouldn’t since it’s before 9/15). but when i load up the display channel that links to it via the linked source, it running immediately, completely disregarding the start date in the linked source channel. We’re also seeing the linked source channel durations and frequency restrictions are not being honored by the display channels. this is pretty disruptive, as we have content plotted out throughout the entire year to run at very specific times, and now everything, regardless of its start date, is running. and content we want on screen for long periods of time are all rotating at the default speed (12s), creating a giant mess. we have content running on over 300 screens, and this affect

Hi,I am trying to display the content from a SharePoint News Post page. When I create a card according the instructions here: The card only displays the thumbnail / very limited instructions. Is there a way to display the whole webpage or more content in the card.Regards,Sudhamsh

Hi,I am trying to create a SharePoint connector, but on the Setup Connector step, I am getting the error “There was an error creating the feed connector. Please try again.”. Hello, We have a unique AppSpace Public Cloud setup. We run all Advanced channels that use Media Zones to share and display content across controlled content channels. This allows us to push slides to specific locations, type of room (waiting area, hallway, etc). Its worked very well for us for many years. We also had issues this past week because Google had not whitelisted AppSpace v151 and it broke over 100 devices. v151 still isn’t working for us so we’re forcing v150 until you can get things sorted out. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues due to updates so we’re getting frustrated here.  With that, I’m very worried the 'new Signage Channel experience' is going to break everything. Can someone please reach out to me so we can talk about the Google App issue and the 'new Signage Channel experience' being forced on us? 

I am trying to publish a channel with a quadrant template to a Cisco Navigator and an iPad running Appspace App for Devices. Both devices are not showing the quadrant template but instead just show the content from the upper left quadrant. Are channel templates not supported on these devices or is there a setting I am missing? The quadrant layout does not show up on the physical device or on the device preview in the console. The channel preview shows correctly. 

I have a channel playing on several devices, it’s playing a Live feed. When I select to “Change” channel on a devices that normally play stills it does not play on the devices.  Why?I’ve tried manual sync, rebooting and still the changed channel does not play.  all devices have the same settings Admin assigned.Need to resolve this issue please!

Hi,We have been working with the /api/v3/reservation/resources/reservable endpoint and would like to raise a few concerns and feature requests.Issue 1: No pagination supportThe endpoint currently only supports a limit parameter with no way to paginate through results. Hoping to get some help please! We have around 120 devices connected to Appspace at our workplace. At any given time, around 20% of the devices are either:Out of sync - lost communicationOut of sync - offlineOut of sync - onlineIn sync - lost communication Question 1 - What do all these different scenarios mean?Question 2 - How can it be fixed?Question 3 - Can any of the fixes occur remotely or does manual intervention need to occur at the device?Question 4 - Why do the devices go offline and is there a way to prevent this from occurring?Question 5 - Is there a way to be alerted that a device is offline if it hasn’t fixed itself after 48 hours? I don’t want the alrerts to be so frequent and annoying that the people who need to fix them feel overwhelmed.

Hello,  I’ve recently been placed into the AppSpace administration role and was not given much of an overview or any type of documentation.  Is this an offcial administration guide for this product?  Right now I need to help a new user get an account provisioned and a new Brightsign configured.  Please let me know the best documents to assist me with this task. 

We would like to publish a live feed one of our dashboards we use from Google Data StudioWe are trying to use WebView with Authentication but we are unable to get it working. Is it possible to please get guidance on we might be able to publish the dashboard?The dashboard is set as Private rather than public.

For several advanced displays, I use layered media zones to preload certain sites that take long amounts of time to load so that the user does not see the buffering, but with the latest update, now blank pngs (which I use to show all of what is below the media zone) will not auto play in playlists. If they are the first item they will load, if you call them with Actions they will load, but no matter what in a playlist within a media zone they will be skipped entirely.

Is there a way to access the registration code either through the registry or through a log file that is stored locally on the system?I am attempting to create a KACE install script for Appspace that eliminates the need for me to be able to see the screen for the registration code. Is there a registry entry that is created that stores this information or is it stored anywhere on the device so that I can look for it with a script?

Is there a way to assign device properties in bulk? Specifically card.room.roomidWe have an upcoming deployment that has a few hundred devices with various API associated with the room IDs and this would be ideal if we could upload via CSV rather than updating each individual device’s local properties.Thanks

Hi, using the system primarily as a room booking system and we have several development requests and observationscurrently we are using the hospitality and services to create checkpoints to deliver request but we are constantly developing them and it appears we cannot have a full silo test service request and so development causes issues in live?  

I have one issue when I tried to register one device The device is not showing the code to register; it’s showing “Contact Appspace support for more information. Looks like we cannot retrieve your registration code”. The device is connected to network, and I downloaded the version for brightsign 2.93.0 from appspace.

Has anyone had much success using the API?I was playing around with it several months ago and it was going well but then suddenly the channels API was returning 0 channels.Users API only returns the same 4 users.Device API works fine and returns as many devices as I ask for.I checked again today and it is still the same behaviour.

The Dashboard selector is stuck at the loading step and never populates the dashboards despite the fact that I am an admin for PBI and was able to make the passport connection. Can you help me get this last step to populate?

I’m interested to hear first-hand experience of caching content locally on Tizen displays running Appspace. Challenges with configuration?   Unforseen issues/outcomes What happens when storage is full?  Some of the 65” (QB65C) only have about 3Gb available, I know it depends on a lot, but is that enough?  What am I forgetting to ask. Any/all info is appreciated.
