I have tried configuration - uniform fill and uniform. Still content from top is getting cut off. Is there anything we can do to fix this ?

Hi Amit,
Uniform Fill will scale the content to fill the entire screen whilst keeping the original aspect ratio, parts of the content may be cropped if the screen ratio doesn’t match the source.
Uniform still scales the content to fit the screen keeping the original aspect ratio, however if the screen and content ratios don’t match, you’ll see black bars (pillarboxing) on the sides or top/bottom, So nothing gets cropped — the full image/video is always visible, just with empty space if needed.
Fill stretches content, ignoring original ratio.
The recommended ratios are:
- 16:9 (landscape) – e.g. 1920 × 1080
- 9:16 (portrait) – e.g. 1080 × 1920
These are the standard formats used across our content and cards, so they display cleanly without distortion. So in practice: we recommend you design your content in 16:9 or 9:16, then choose the playback mode based on whether you want no cropping (Uniform) or full-screen fill (Uniform Fill).
