Compatible tv stick/key to install Appspace

Hello community,

 

I would like to buy a tv stick or key in order to be used in production tv. I need to connect Appspace of the tv which would be downloaded on the tv to the principal account Appspace managed by main user account. This is done in order to automatically update content on the channel selected to be diplayed on the tv identified

Hi Matteo, 

Here’s how to register your Amazon Signage Stick:

Step 1: On the Device/TV

  1. Plug in the Signage Stick. When the "Choose your setup method" screen appears, hold the Home button on your remote for 10 seconds.

  2. After a few seconds, when the "Signage Stick" screen appears, press Play on the remote.

  3. Choose your language and enter your Wi-Fi credentials when prompted.

  4. Once connected, a pairing code will appear on the screen with a URL.

Step 2: In the Amazon Console

  1. Go to the URL: https://console.signage.amazon.com/sticks/add and log in.

  2. Enter the pairing code from your TV screen and select Verify.

  3. Select Next, then Choose CMS.

  4. Scroll down, select Appspace, and click Next.

  5. Select Add Stick, then Go to Home. You will see your stick status as "Online" while the Appspace app downloads on your TV.

Step 3: In the Appspace Console

  1. Log in to your Appspace account and go to Devices.

  2. Select Add to register a new device.

  3. Enter the same 6-digit pairing code shown on the TV.

  4. Name your device, assign its location, and select your channel.

  5. Click Register.

Once registered, you can add content to the device as usual!
