Issue to register brightsign device

I have one issue when I tried to register one device

 

The device is not showing the code to register; it’s showing “Contact Appspace support for more information. Looks like we cannot retrieve your registration code”.

 

The device is connected to network, and I downloaded the version for brightsign 2.93.0 from appspace.

AppSpace won’t hand out a provisioning code if your time is set incorrectly.  

ie. Your device thinks it’s 4 hours ago.

Make sure your time and time-zone are set. Also potentially the NTP server.
