​@cbrock welcome to Appspace!  As a new Administrator I would highly recommend you checking out Skillspace, our learning academy.  We have some learning paths in there that will give you a good overview of the product.  Additionally here is some very specific information:

For provisioning a new user I would suggest this article: Add and Send User Invitations

For configuring a new BrightSign I would suggest this article:  Configure Appspace App on BrightSign

If you’re doing lots of BrightSigns, Appspace.BSN.cloud is the bulk registration option; otherwise Advanced Registration with a local policy file works for offline setups.

We’ve been using visitor management for a month and are starting to roll out digital signage. I am definitely learning as I go but the support resources have been super helpful
