Power BI connector stuck at the dashboard selector step

That endless loading screen is definitely frustrating. Since you've confirmed you are a Power BI Admin and the initial connection was successful, the issue could be deeper than standard permissions or caching (which would be the first things to check). Sometime it can point to a specific network/firewall restriction or an API call failure between the application and the Power BI Service.  I would submit a support ticket so they can take a look.  You can submit the ticket on our Support page, you just may want to take a look at the bottom of this page and review what to submit based on what is applicable to you, to expedite the process.
