Based on my observations, it appears the LG TV may have limitations when displaying Power BI content that relies on user authentication to retrieve and present data. Does anyone have deeper insights into this issue that they could share? Additionally, would using a BrightSign device connected to the LG TV—rather than leveraging the LG AppSpace interface directly—enable proper display of this content? I would like to hear what other are experiencing seeing that we have been dealing with this for over a month.

Whenever I try to create content in a channel it shows in the preview section that the particular content is being displayed but the content does not actually show on the display. I have to go to devices and change the channel in order to get the content to display. I do not like doing it this way reason being, whenever the content expires it causes the TV screens to go blank when I need them to be displaying something at all times. Can anyone help with this?

I have an old webpage that is generated in house.  The page is a production report that is updated frequently and leadership would like to see the report shown on Appspace screens in several locations.  The problem is, the screen is formatted in a weird way.  whatever I do, the screen seems to come up in the upper left corner of the screen.I suspect the original author designed it for 1024X764 screens and locked in a lot of dimensions to keep things lined up.I downloaded the WWW Card I am using to display the URL,  I can see JSON, JAVA, a CSS, and a HTML document. Does anyone have a suggestion where I can look to force a screen resolution on the card so the image fills the screen?under dist.min.js I count a section called “controller: function()”In there I can see this code:                controller: function($scope, $q, $element, $timeout, $interval) {                                  var timeout = null;                                 var loadTimeout = null;

I am having a issue where I have a PowerPoint that has one slide and within that PowerPoint the one slide is in the portrait orientation. Some more background, this is going on a monitor that is setup vertically (portrait) and within the channel, it is setup as a full screen device template and the item is setup with the defaults (aspect ratio: uniform fill), the device is setup with a display orientation of portrait, and the card is contain within image fit . When I go to upload the PowerPoint the content conversion (card) is then scrunched up and is pushed together. I was exporting the PPT to PDF and uploading the PDF but seems very redundant.

I am having a issue where I have a channel assigned to a new Tizen 7.0 device and when I put the single card onto the channel, which will be the only thing that is on this channel/device. It will display the content for its 30 second image duration and then will go black then come back. I am wanting to know how to set this up so this will be on constant nonstop without it moving or changing. I just need the card to be on display and not change. I don’t want it to be on display and move to a duplicate card or have a duplicate within the imported PowerPoint.
