| Anonymous Auto-Reservations on Docking Stations | Add an option in Docking Station Settings on the Room Booking card and the Desk Booking card to enable anonymous auto-reservations. Connecting a laptop to a Qbic docking station then starts a reservation without a signed-in user. |

| Auto Reservation on Dock | Create a reservation when a laptop is docked, anonymous auto-reservations are enabled, and the resource is available. The reservation uses the card duration, or a shorter time when only part of that duration is free. |

| Stop Extension on Undock | Keep the current reservation end time when the laptop is undocked. The reservation is not extended, and this applies only to anonymous auto-reservations. |

| Auto Extend while Docked | Extend the anonymous reservation when the laptop remains docked 10 minutes before the reservation ends, using the configured auto-renew threshold. The reservation stays within the time the resource is available and does not continue past midnight. |
