Visitor management experience

Hi everyone 👋

I’ve started exploring and testing the Visitor Management feature and wanted to get your thoughts.

Does anyone use it regularly and have tips on how to make the most of it?
Also, do you find it helpful that visitor bookings show up in both Reservations and the Visitors tab? It can get a bit tricky to filter between room bookings, desk bookings, and visitor bookings in the Reservations tab.

    Hi Mishka - we’ve been using it for about a month.  There are some kinks we are trying to work out and support has been great helping us dive into the problem.  I’m still learning but happy to share. I do wish the filter I select to view visitors would stay.  I like to view it by the day. Not sure I have any tips or tricks yet!

      Hi kbannis,

      Thank you for sharing your experience so far. We have submitted several feature requests, as we are currently unable to use VM in its current version without them. One of these requests however not urgent was the ability to filter by day and display a timestamp showing when a visitor was invited, particularly for last-minute requests.
