I would like to use your World Clock template.  I can find the correct time zone but can’t edit the title to reflect the actual “location within the timezone” is there a way to do that?

I can find Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - but I want it to read Winsted, Minnesota

I can find Mexico City, Mexico - but want it to read Izcali, Mexico

Hello @decemberlm,

Thank you for reaching out with your question. The default world clock does not allow Appspace users to rename displayed cities or add cities that are not already in the predefined list. We currently have a feature request in the product team's backlog to allow for these features. We have added your company to the feature request (FR-004963/CFR-00008375) and will notify your CSM.

Please let us know if we can help further.

Best,
Appspace Customer Care Team

@Carina a couple quick things that often cause “won’t save” behavior:

  • Browser cache issue
    • Open the page in a private/incognito window and try saving again.
    • If it works there, clear your regular browser cache and reload the page.
  • Refresh after editing
    • After changing the color, refresh the preview to make sure you’re viewing the latest version.

To help pinpoint the issue, could you share:

  • Are you using web, iOS, Android, or desktop?
  • What browser and version are you on?
  • Do you see any error message when you click Save?

That’ll help narrow down what’s blocking the save.
