Investigating Cancellations

If you’ve had a reservation cancelled and you are not sure why, check out the event action logs within analytics! 

From the Dashboard, under Admin, click on Analytics. Then select the Reports tab. You’ll then hit Create and scroll down to the Events Action Log option. You can customize the report generated by date, location, user, and action type that you are looking for. Most frequently, cancellations that are unexpected will be associated with the event action type of “ResourceDeclinedDueToConflict”. Often people may book meetings via Outlook, but the room may have some additional constraints in Appspace that create a conflict. Reviewing this report can give helpful information to see why something may have been cancelled and to track changes.
