Users are now prompted to add key colleagues when no favorites are configured and can define whether they want to view all employees or only their favorites by default—creating a clearer, more relevant daily experience.

  • Favorites Banner for Guided Onboarding
    When no favorites are set, the widget displays a clear Favorites Banner with messaging that explains the value of favorites and provides a direct action to add colleagues.

  • User-Controlled Default View
    Users can now choose whether the widget opens in All Employees or Favorites Only, giving them control over how they stay connected.

  • Persistent Personalization
    The selected default view is remembered across sessions, delivering a consistent and tailored experience every time.

  • Adaptive, Intuitive Behavior
    As favorites are added or removed, the widget adjusts seamlessly—the banner disappears automatically, and the preferred default view continues to apply.

  • Consistent Experience Across Surfaces
    This feature is supported across the web and all supported display surfaces where the “At the Office” widget appears, ensuring a unified user experience.

Release Schedule Information

The following is the release management schedule as per our Release Calendar for Public Cloud:

  • New Appspace functionality and major platform optimizations will now be released under a quarterly release cycle, scheduled at 08:00 pm CST on Friday.

  • Scheduled minor feature updates, cloud service optimizations, and bug and escalation fixes are typically scheduled at 08:00 pm CST time throughout the week, typically on a Tuesday or Friday.

  • Critical updates including security patches or emergency fixes that support the reliability and availability of the Appspace platform will be deployed as necessary and as soon as it is administratively feasible.
