This feature offers Location Administrators an overview of Space Reservation analytics, enabling better reservation monitoring, deeper insights into booking behavior, and data on space utilization.

Prerequisites
Before you can use Reservation Analytics, you need to meet the following requirements:
- You must have a Platform license.
- You must have an Account Owner or Location Admin role.
Accessing Reservation Analytics
To view Reservation Analytics, go to Reservations > Analytics. From this dashboard, you can filter the data displayed by date and location.

Understanding the Metrics Available
The dashboard displays various metrics to help you understand reservation and usage patterns.
Along the top of the dashboard are the following key data points, along with their trend over the selected date range and for that location:
- Total Building Reservations
- Total Workspace Reservations
- Total Users
- Total Workspaces Created

Below those measurements are graphs capturing information for the same selected date range and location:
- Reservations by Resource Type
- Workspace Reservations
- Building Pass Reservations
- Most Reserved Workspaces
- Most Reserved Floors
- Most Reserved Buildings
- Most Active Users
