• Explore — Access Topics, Pages, Stories, Channels, and Communities — your hub for all employee communications.
• Events — Schedule and find upcoming events like town halls or social activities, and RSVP.
• Videos — View all videos published to Channels and filter results.
• Apps — Streamlined access to your organization's most used third-party tools.
• People Directory — Find and connect with subject matter experts within your organization.

Limitations

• No access to the Admin View.
• Cannot reserve spaces or invite visitors in the employee view.
• Active Broadcasts are still visible.

Space Reservation License

Designed for employees who need to find and book workspaces but do not require access to employee communications or visitor management.

• Places — Search for meeting rooms, desks, or other designated areas within your organization's facilities.
• Reservations — Create new reservations and manage existing ones.
• Apps — Streamlined access to your organization's most used third-party tools.
• People Directory — Find and connect with subject matter experts within your organization.
