1. Welcome

When you join and use the Appspace Customer Community (the “Community”), you’re agreeing to follow these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with these terms, you shouldn’t use the Community.

2. Who can join?

To join this Community, you need to have an existing Appspace account and use the same email address for both your Appspace account and your Community account. By joining, you’re confirming you meet this requirement.

3. Getting started

  • You’ll need a Community account to access certain features. It’s important to keep your account information private. You’re also responsible for everything that happens under your account. 
  • If you think someone is using your account without permission, please let us know right away. 

4. How to use the Community the right way

  • Be respectful: Please be professional and treat everyone in the Community with respect. We don’t allow hate speech, bullying, harassment, or discriminatory language.
  • Content sharing: When you share content (e.g., posts, comments, reviews), you’re giving Appspace Inc. your permission to use it in the Community and for promotional purposes.
  • What not to share: Please don’t post any content that:
    • Violates any laws.
    • Is offensive, obscene, defamatory, or incites violence.
    • Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
    • Infringes intellectual property rights or others’ privacy rights.

5. Your privacy matters

We care about keeping your information safe. Please have a look at our Privacy Policy to see how we handle your personal data when you use the Community.

6. Keeping the community running smoothly

  • Appspace, Inc. and our team of moderators will be keeping an eye on the Community. We may remove content or even block users who don't follow these rules.

7. User-generated content: Your content belongs to you (mostly) 

  • You own the rights to the content you post. But you give Appspace, Inc. permission to use, change, and share your content within the Community and for our marketing.
  • Please don't post anything that uses someone else's work without their permission.

8. Intellectual property: Who owns what?

Everything you see in this Community – including text, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property – belongs to Appspace, Inc. or those who’ve licensed it to us. These materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You can’t use, copy, or share any of these materials without getting our permission first.

9. A few disclaimers

  • The Community is provided "as is," meaning we don't make any promises or guarantees about it.
  • Appspace, Inc, isn't responsible for what users post or how they interact with each other.
  • We're not liable for any direct or indirect damages that result from using the Community.

10. Ending access 

Appspace, Inc. can stop or end your access to the Community at any time, for any reason, especially if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

11. Things might change

We might update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be live as soon as we post them here. We recommend checking back every now and then.
