How do I update the main account owner of my Appspace instance?

Hi Dawn! Thanks for getting the conversation going in Commonspace! This is actually a question we get asked often, so we're happy to help.

While multiple individuals can have the account owner role within the Appspace user module, there can be only one main account owner within the internal Appspace system that serves as the authorizer of internal account actions and is the initial point of contact for the account, though other contacts can be added at any time. This user can be changed by submitting a support ticket via the account management portal (AMP) to the Appspace Customer Care Team.

Please ensure your customer success manager or the previous account owner has granted permission for this change. Providing this documentation with your request will help our team expedite the process.
