Building Pass Booking Conferencing Cleanup

Hide conferencing options when booking a building pass across Console, the Employee View, and Concierge so employees no longer need to remove unwanted meeting links. Conferencing for rooms, desks, and other spaces remains unchanged.

Booked Time Slots Now Show as Unavailable on 12-Hour Clocks

Display already-booked time slots as unavailable in the reservation time picker on 12-hour clock accounts, matching 24-hour behavior so people can see free slots before selecting.
