unique Meeting ID

Is there any way to obtain from Appspace the unique identifier (number etc) for a meeting that has been scheduled?  Is there any way to retrieve that identifier or have it confirmed to show up on the admin screens?

Thanks for reaching out!

There are a couple of ways you can retrieve the unique guids for the meetings, for the Appspace guid you can either run a reservation report summary which will include the unique ID, or if its just for one you can also open the developer inspect tool on your browser and view the data from the network tab.

 

Running a report will be the easiest method with a powerful amount of data easy to read.

You can do this by navigating to the Admin Console of your Appspace instance > choose the top level location or desired location of the events on your network tree at the top right > click the bar graph icon on the left side bar at the bottom (Analytics) > click Reports > click Create > click Reservation History report.

Use the filters as desired and generate the report. From here you will see the necessary unique IDs you are trying to find.
