Hello Appspacers,

I’m Jackie, Director of PR & Analyst Relations at Appspace. I am glad to join this community space where so many of you come to learn, share, and connect.

A big part of my job is making sure analysts and media understand what Appspace does and why it matters. The truth is, they would much rather hear from the people who live with the platform day in and day out. That means customers like you.

Many of you use Appspace every day to solve real workplace challenges. You keep teams informed, connect colleagues across locations, and support better employee experiences in offices, in the field, and everywhere work happens. Those stories matter. They help your peers understand how to get more value from the platform, and they help industry analysts build a clear view of how Appspace performs in the real world.

That is where you can make a difference.

Positive perspectives power analyst insight

Industry analysts, including firms such as Gartner, rely on direct customer feedback when evaluating technologies and writing market reports. When you share your experience, you provide real examples of how organizations use Appspace to support communication, workplace services, and engagement across different teams and locations.

If you are open to it, there are a few simple ways to get involved.

Simple ways to share your story

Peer Reviews

Gartner collects short online reviews from verified customers. The survey is straightforward and usually takes 10 minutes or less to complete. Gartner manages the process and distributes a $25 (USD) gift card for approved reviews. Your name and company do not appear in the published review. Only general details, such as your industry and company size, are visible.

Customer references

From time to time, analysts want to speak directly with customers during their evaluations. When that happens, we look for customers willing to share how they use Appspace and the positive outcomes they achieve. If you raise your hand, we will always contact you first and confirm your interest before sharing your name.

Both options are voluntary. Both help analysts and your peers understand how Appspace supports the modern workplace experience in practical, measurable ways.

How to get started

If you are willing to serve as a customer reference or would like to learn more about participating in peer reviews, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, contact me directly, or let us know right here, and we’ll get back to you. We’ll explain the process, answer any questions, and help you get started.

We are also planning to introduce additional incentives and a friendly community competition in 2026 to recognize and celebrate customers who share their stories. More to come on that.

This community is strongest when people share real experiences and learn from one another. Your stories help shape how the world sees Appspace and how the workplace experience evolves for organizations everywhere. I appreciate your time and consideration!

See you around the community,

Jackie Parker
