  • Appspace team members participate, but the community is designed for peer-to-peer assistance.
  • Utilize all the Appspace resources available to you:  Knowledge Base, Troubleshooting, FAQs, Community Support and Customer Education videos and paths.

When to Contact Support Directly:

  • If you've thoroughly explored the Community resources and still need technical support, please submit a support ticket.
  • If your question or problem requires immediate attention, please submit a support ticket. 

Keeping Communication Streamlined:

  • To avoid duplication and ensure efficient support, please choose one channel:
    • If you've submitted a support ticket, do not duplicate your question in the Community.
    • If you've created a Community post, do not submit a support ticket for the same issue.
