Visitor Management + Wireless Connection Issues

We continue to have issues with inconsistent printing after a visitor checks in.  Often times they can’t complete the check in process before they get booted back to the check in screen or the guest checks in but a badge won’t print. We’ve worked with tech support but I thought while we waited I’d see if anyone else has experienced issues. Does anyone have their VM devices (ipad/printer) connected differently?

We can confirm that a support case has been opened and the issue has been escalated to our Engineering team for investigation. We are actively tracking this and working to understand the root cause.

At this time, we have not received other reports describing the same behavior, which makes gathering additional details especially important. If other community members have experienced similar issues—whether related to visitor check-in unexpectedly returning to the welcome screen, badge printing failures, or specific iPad/printer/VM connectivity configurations—we would encourage you to share your setup and observations here.
