Curious as to how long others keep cards and other slides saved within AppSpace. Some of our content users have started using AppSpace as a library for the cards they create and saving 9+months worth of cards, that will never be used again. Do you have a time limit or delete cards and slides as soon as they are used?

Hello @JGrantScience! Evan from Appspace here -- We see a lot of clients of ours create a folder within their library that acts as an “Archive” for inactive cards. We typically advise organizations to move content that is no longer relevant (and may never be relevant again) to that folder, and then clean it out quarterly or perhaps twice a year.

This creates a reasonable window where old content is accessible if, for whatever reason, someone needs to reference it, but this also ensures the more active folders in your library contain only fresh content. (One example that illustrates the value of this approach: We have seen publisher use a card they thought was for an upcoming event but was in fact for a prior event, creating some confusion.)

One caveat here is if you have media, photography, or any assets/documents uploaded for general use. If the needs or brand guidelines change, it’s a good idea to download those assets to another location just in case before deleting them from Appspace.
