We are trying to print QR codes with our company logo however the logo does not show up in the PDF.  Is there a fix for this?

@Mary Hurrey hi! Thanks for the details. This is typically related to how the logo is configured for the resource, so there are a few things worth checking.

In most cases, this happens because the logo used for printed QR codes is configured at the resource level, rather than being pulled automatically from your organization's global branding settings.

Could you check the following?

  • Go to Workspace & Desk Reservations.
  • Open the resource you're generating QR codes for.
  • Locate the Logo field.
  • Upload (or verify) the logo you want to appear on the printed QR codes.
  • Save your changes, then generate the PDF again.

If the logo is already configured and still doesn't appear in the PDF, let us know a bit more about your setup:

  • Are you generating the QR codes from Workspace & Desk Reservations?
  • Which platform are you using (web browser, desktop app, etc.)?

That information will help us narrow down whether this is a configuration issue or if there's something else we should investigate.

Hi Dawn,

Thanks for your reply.  I do not see a Logo field in the resource. I am generating from the Resources, selecting multiple resources and using the print QR Code option.

I was able to use a work around though.

  1. Select Resources
  2. Print QR Codes. When the image appears not showing the logo, I cancel the print and there is another view that shows up under the initial view that has the logos.
  3. I right click on that view and print that to PDF.

Mary

@Mary Hurrey thanks again for working through this with us.

Your Support case has been created and is being escalated so the appropriate teams can take a closer look. We've also noticed your other other recent reports involving QR codes, although it's too early to tell whether they're related or represent separate behaviors. As part of the investigation, the team will evaluate whether there's a common underlying cause.
We'll continue to share updates through your Support case as more information becomes available. We appreciate your patience while we investigate.
