i have a one page power point that i want to share on my channel and display only that card. how do i do it without having to remove all of my cards on the channel that i use?

Quickest way is to use the broadcast feature to override your channel.
This does stream the content, so if the network drops you may lose the content depending how your devices are set.
If you insist on doing it within the channel, you could disable the existing pieces of content (instead of removing them outright).
Use the tickboxes on the left to select multiple items.
Or, if you’re feeling particularly adventurous, you could play with the frequency restrictions in the playout properties. Could set the new content to play 99% of the airtime, or play the slide for 60 minutes and tell it to play exactly once per hour.
