Create Welcome (for Customer) Sign

I have a very basic task to accomplish and I’m finding it very difficult compared to the previous version of Appspace.  We have our own template with our logo and background.  At the very top it has WELCOME.  Below this I have always inserted the logo of the customer coming to visit our facility. However, I have yet been able to do so. I click on upload image and it creates a different card instead of uploading it into my current template. I have no way of sizing my customer’s logo either - I have no edit button.

Any suggestions?
