Call to Action for QR codes does not wrap properly. The wrap breaks through words like in the example below where the word availability is broken. See below.

@Mary Hurrey I wanted to follow up on this one as well.

Since you've also reported a couple of other QR code-related behaviors, I've reached out to your Customer Success Manager to review everything together before determining the best path forward. Depending on the functionality involved, it may make sense to capture these as separate Support cases or consolidate them into a single investigation.
Once that decision is made, the team will review this specific call-to-action behavior to determine whether it's related to the other QR code observations you've shared or represents something separate. We'll keep you updated as we learn more.

Hi Mary - Since the font size cannot be changed on the Call to Action for QR codes,  there are a couple of options:

  1. change the wording - Scan to book or check availability
  2. manually put “availability” on the second row  -

Scan to check

availability or book

Thank you for your reply, Amber but (as far as I can see) there is no way to enter text on separate lines. It is a single line that wraps. I have also tried to add spaces to see if the wrap would not break a word but that did not work.

We ended up doing option 1 which was not our preference but the only way the text presented appropriately.

Mary - thank you for the follow up and feedback.  I’ll check product board to see if there are any planned enhancements that might allow for font or wrap modification.  If there isn’t, I’ll submit a feature request.
