Hi,

I am trying to use the Appspace SharePoint intranet passport. I am looking for a how to guide / manual on how to use this. When I try to access the topic through the Knowledge Center, 

 

I get the following message: 

 

I am the ‘Application Owner’. Can you please advise on if I need any additional permissions to access this content.

Hi Sudhamsh,

The Appspace SharePoint intranet passport, is specifically for use with the Appspace SharePoint intranet product (formerly Beezy), from our records I don't believe your organisation is using this Appspace product. Unfortunately this passport is not designed to be used with native SharePoint intranet.
