Big fan of all of the current integrations and I am looking forward to seeing all of the coming updates around the various device dashboards and insights!

Additionally there is our Advanced Registration method which can be used to easily register devices both in Bulk and remotely without the need for the 6 digit code.

BrightSigns specifically have their own Advanced Registration Methods as well.

Monitoring your devices through Appspace is a good way to get overall health data and review content. Many of our hardware partners like BrightSign, Mediavue / Surevue (Assured Systems), and Chromeboxes have their own management platform.

When your environment contains several dozen to a couple thousand devices then sometimes Appspace isn’t the best tool by itself. Appspace in combination with another Vendor’s own device management platform is often a more reliable solution long term.

BrightSigns can utilize BSN.cloud which works well with Appspace. BSN.cloud allows customers using Appspace to deploy Appspace through the management platform as well as easily access the Diagnostic Web Server.

Mediavue / Surevue (Assured Systems) have their own Device Management platform called the Active Network Manager as well. This is very useful for updating their devices, as well as getting to the back-end of the devices to change Display settings and more.

There is also a Complete list of Device Properties available here:

Device properties can be used for everything from setting static Volume levels to Synchronizing Displays together so content renders at the same time.
