The Public Cloud release notes for the Appspace 8.10 Aries platform contain valuable information on the latest features, enhancements, bug fixes, and resolved escalations available in each public cloud release.

The following is the release management schedule as per our Release Calendar for Public Cloud:
- New Appspace functionality and major platform optimizations will now be released under a quartely release cycle, scheduled at 08:00 pm CST on Friday.
- Scheduled minor feature updates, cloud service optimizations, and bug and escalation fixes are typically scheduled at 08:00 pm CST time throughout the week, typically on a Tuesday or Friday.
- Critical updates including security patches or emergency fixes that support the reliability and availability of the Appspace platform will be deployed as necessary and as soon as it is administratively feasible.

- AE-12380 – Unable to download the video due to a 500 error, causing bandwidth issues; it must be compressed, reuploaded, or delivered by an alternative method.
- AE-12386 – The device status is out of sync after enabling PrecompiledScript.
- AE-12428 – When content is synced to devices supporting local cache, missing or corrupted files can cause blank screens and repeated download failure messages.

- AP-53009 – Adding card content to a sign channel from the media zone causes the page to load indefinitely without error, and the content appears only after a manual refresh.
- AP-53036 – A normal resource is incorrectly shown as a linked resource when viewed from Places with the office hours filter applied.
- AP-53106 – Incorrect member counts, unexpected membership reverts, and missing activity or comments in posts have been reported, along with the community auto-deleting members, including owners, requiring reinvitations.
- AP-53215 – Received a 400 error with the library-content-resolver HEAD request, accompanied by the following logs: “An item with the same key has already been added. Key: Alt-Svc.“
RESOLVED ESCALATIONS
- AE-12117 – Due to a change introduced in the 8.9 Pegasus update, device tags were omitted from the export file, resulting in the loss of tags for 321 devices and causing black screen issues upon reimport; additionally, device metadata exports may contain incomplete or inaccurate information.
- AE-12341 – Unable to download content from the library, users encountered 500 errors across all public cloud servers after AIC introduced a new DLL in the library service.
