New Features & Updates

Space Reservation

Features

Description

Add Service Requests to Existing Reservations

Users and concierge users can now add service requests to an existing reservation after it has been created. The Add Services button is available only when service checkpoints are configured and the reservation is not Completed, Canceled, or Conflicted. Requests are submitted through the existing service request flow and are added directly to the reservation. A confirmation message is shown after successful submission.

IoT Managed Resources – New Reservation Constraint

Enabling the IoT Managed Resource constraint ensures certain resources can only be reserved through IoT workflows. Reservations via web/app views or plug-ins are blocked, and unavailable resources display a clear reason.

Key highlights:

  • Prevents bookings via web/app views or plug-ins

  • Restricts reservations to IoT workflows only

  • Enforces Active Period and hierarchical location rules

  • Shows clear messaging for unavailable resources

Employee Communications

Features

Description

Editor – Columns and Callout

Authors can now enhance pages and stories with:

  • Columns block: organize content in 2–4 equal-width or large/small columns, add any block type, delete columns, and choose center or wide alignment.

  • Callout: highlight important content with text, links, and formatting.

Newsletter – Columns and Table

Authors can now create more structured and engaging newsletters with:

  • Columns: 2–4 equal-width or large/small layouts, responsive on mobile, preserves text formatting

  • Tables: add and edit tables, render correctly in emails, responsive and styled for major email clients

Link Tiles – Add Content Search

Authors can now add internal stories, pages, and events to link tiles using a searchable type-ahead. Tile titles and images auto-populate from content metadata, while existing external URL functionality remains unchanged. Linked tiles also render correctly in newsletters.

Communities – Custom Widgets

Community owners can now add and configure custom widgets in the community feed.

Key highlights:

  • Add custom widgets via the community’s Add Widget options

  • New design aligns with home theme configuration

  • Editable fields available when editing widget configuration
