New Features & Updates (2601.1.4) Taurus

Digital Signage

Features Description
Device Insights Migration

The Device Insights feature requires a one-time data migration at the account level. If the Insights charts are not visible or show the old charts in your console, it is likely because the migration for your account has not yet been initiated or completed.

Note

Device Insights charts will appear in the console immediately following the completion of the account-level data migration. If you do not see the charts, please verify with your administrator that the migration for your account has been finalized.

Changes made to the Device Insights Charts:

  1. Total Count, Online, Offline, and Lost Communication metric boxes have been updated to display the current and latest count.

  2. Device Sync Over Time, Device Health Over Time, and App Version by Device line graphs have been updated to display metrics as percentages.

  3. Devices by Type, Sync Status, Device Software Update Status, and Device App Policy Compliance pie charts have been updated to display data in percentages.
