Maintenance Releases

  • AP-60723 - Organizers receive incorrect and duplicate email notifications, with both “Your reservation has been declined” and “Your reservation is canceled,” or multiple “Your reservation is approved!” messages, when reservation approval requests are declined automatically by rules or by approvers.
  • AP-60723 - An email notification with the subject “The reservation changes” is sent to attendees for an event that is still pending approval, which should not occur.
  • AP-60926 - Approval is not triggered and the reservation is incorrectly auto-confirmed when an existing single event with approval rules is edited to a recurring event that includes a room without approval constraints.
  • AP-61433 - The location name is repeated multiple times in the breadcrumb on the Device Task > Advanced Tasks page, displaying as “My NetworkMy NetworkMy Network…/{device name}” instead of the correct “{location name}/{device name}”
  • AE-13697 - Advanced Task deployments using “over a date range” schedules do not save the daily DaysInterval or weekly DaysOfTheWeek recurrence settings in the v3 TaskSchedule model, resulting in deployed tasks missing their configured repetition pattern.
  • AE-13813 - Presence status is visible to non–Account Owner users when the Presence feature is disabled but “Allow account activation” is enabled in an SSO-enabled account, which should not occur.
