Appspace has launched a new self-service digital onboarding bot, replacing the legacy Help Context menu and Quick Start Basic onboarding across all product lines. Accessible on the Admin Console and available to all users with Platform License, the bot gives everyone a faster, more intuitive way to find onboarding, training, and support resources — all from one place inside the Admin Console.

- 🎓 Access Skillspace learning paths — Browse courses organized by product area directly from a dropdown menu

Previously, users had to navigate multiple destinations to find training, support, and onboarding content. The new bot centralizes these resources into a single starting point, surfacing the right path to Skillspace courses, Knowledge Base articles, and Commonspace content. By offering complete, on-demand learning journeys—available free of charge—the bot empowers users to learn at their own pace and on their own time, so they spend less time searching and more time growing.
