At WOW26, we introduced Appspace Context™ as part of a bigger idea: the experience reset (this year’s conference theme).

You already use Appspace to support your workplace. Appspace Context™ builds on that foundation with a vision for experiences that understand more about the person, place, and situation – and respond as needs change throughout the day.

For your team, that means a direction toward less searching, more relevant communications, and less manual effort to keep workplace experiences useful.

Whether you joined us in Scottsdale or you’re catching up now, here’s a closer look at what that means.

Put your workplace connections to greater use

One of the big ideas behind the experience reset is that moving forward shouldn’t mean starting over.

Appspace Context™ brings together information about people, places, and workplace activity to make Appspace experiences more relevant. Your communications, content, spaces, visitors, and signage can each contribute to that understanding.

You don’t need to use the entire Appspace platform to benefit. Start with what you have today. As more of the workplace becomes connected, there’s more context for the experience to work with.

Two ways Context is taking shape

At WOW26, we gave customers a first look at two ways Appspace Context™is taking shape.

Organic UI™: An interface that adapts around you

Most software gives everyone a fixed interface. Organic UI™ is designed to bring forward the information, tools, and actions that matter to the person using it.

  • For your teams: Less time navigating and searching to complete a task.
  • For your organization: A more useful experience within the platform employees already use.

Situational Signage: When the situation changes, your signage can too

Most digital signage follows a set schedule or playlist. Situational Signage is designed to use signals such as location, occupancy, visitors, and workplace activity to change what appears on screen as conditions change.

  • For your teams: Information that better matches what is happening around them.
  • For workplace teams specifically: Less need to anticipate and manually configure every scenario.

What this means for you today

Appspace Context™ describes the direction of the platform. Organic UI and Situational Signage are coming soon. We’ll share more with the Appspace Community as development progresses, including availability details.

In the meantime, we’d love to hear from you.

Where would a more responsive Appspace experience make the biggest difference for your team?
