Assigning content to a Teams room

I am trying to add a Teams Room to my AppSpace digital sign’s. I have completed the Integration ID and validated it. I unregistered the first device that i added via PMP. I am not able to see a registered device now. I do however see the room that I am adding in AppSpace display, “Syncing with AppSPace”. It never finishes, the screen just goes black

First, please accept my apologies for the delayed response to your post.

Regarding the Teams Room integration: since you’ve already validated the Integration ID and attempted the PMP deregistration, we’d like to get our technical team involved to see why the sync is hanging on a black screen.

Could you please submit a formal support ticket ? This will allow our technical team to investigate the connection and track this through to a resolution for you.
