The Generative AI for Sharebox feature embeds a powerful AI tools directly into the Sharebox, the platform’s primary content creation tool, enabling users to create engaging content faster and with greater confidence. By clicking a new AI icon or using simple inline shortcuts, users can instantly generate draft posts, brainstorm ideas, and create relevant tags from short prompts. This transforms Sharebox into a smart content partner that streamlines communication creation and boosts productivity.
How It Works
Within the Sharebox editor, users can access AI tools in two ways:
- Click the purple AI icon to open a menu of AI actions.
- Write anything: Generate a full post based on a user prompt.
- Generate tags: Automatically suggest relevant tags for better organization and discovery.
- AI-powered media generation: Create supporting media assets using AI to complement the post content.
- Use the inline prompt or shortcut, “Press Space to write with AI”, to trigger AI directly while typing. The AI responds to simple prompts to generate content or enhance existing text. The default suggested prompts are as follows:
