In the world of Employee Comms, we all have that one "Old Reliable"—the layout or module configuration that we know will actually get employees to stop, read, and engage.

Whether you’re architecting a new Intranet landing page or simply pushing a quick update, I’m curious:

What is the one module or "content stack" you keep coming back to?

Instead of sharing screenshots (we know how tricky internal privacy can be!), just tell us the logic behind it. For example:

  • The "News & Action" Stack: A hero banner for the "Why," followed immediately by a Quick-Link grid for the "How."

  • The "Culture Loop": A mix of the Social/People module paired with a simple Employee Recognition card.

  • The "TL;DR" Sidebar: Using a specific text-heavy card on the left with a "Key Resources" list on the right.

  • The "Event Driver": A countdown timer paired with a direct "Register Now" call-to-action card.

Drop a comment and describe your "signature move" below! What makes it your favorite? Is it the high click-through rate, or just how clean it looks on mobile? 👇
