We wanted to let you know about an important update for those of you using Cisco Webex devices. We are now supporting the new Cisco Control Hub V2 integration 🚀
This is a Cisco-led update designed to bring you better stability and new capabilities. While the legacy V1 integration isn't going away immediately, Cisco has announced it will be deprecated on April 30th, 2026. We encourage everyone to make the switch sooner rather than later!
What’s new in V2?
- Per User Cross Launch: Smoother authentication for individual users.
- Navigator Support: Full support for both Paired and Standalone Navigators.
Migration is easy: The best part? It’s a seamless transition. Your content, device settings, and licenses carry over automatically—no need to reconfigure your playlists.
