| Smart Context Mentions | Mention people, pages, and spaces as connected items instead of plain text. Assistants use live platform data for those mentions, so answers stay tied to the actual person, page, or space. |
|
| Language and Location Provisioning via SCIM | Assign a default language and home location when provisioning users through SCIM. Map a language code, such as en-GB or fr, and a location so new users start with those preferences. When the attributes are not mapped, Appspace applies the existing account defaults. |
|
| AI Assistant Web Access | Search the live web from AI assistants for recent events, public documentation, and external organizations. Web answers cite their sources, while Appspace remains the source for information inside the platform. |

| Time Picker: Working Hours | Limit the time picker to the working hours of the selected space, using hours set on the space or inherited from its building. Turn on Show only working hours under Reservations, Settings, General; it is off by default and applies to the whole account, including visitor invites. If no working hours are set, or several spaces use different hours, the time picker shows the full day, and people can still enter a time outside working hours when the space is free. |

| Time Picker: Starts from Now | Open today's time picker at the current time, shown as Now with the actual time beside it, such as Now (10:42 AM), in Reservations, Concierge, Places, and visitor invites. A booking from Now starts at that minute, passed times are not offered, and a future date starts at the next half hour. Editing an existing reservation still shows its saved time. |

| Time Picker: Exact Time Entry | Type an exact start or end time in the time picker, such as 3:35 PM or 15:35, instead of choosing only half-hour slots. The end time follows the typed start, and this works for reservations, Places, visitor invites, custom office hours, and event posts. Invalid, past, or unavailable times stay in the field with a short explanation, and saving stays disabled until the time is corrected. |
