Reservation Rule Messages in Places	Places now displays the reservation constraint from the nearest applicable location level, such as a Zone rule instead of a broader Building rule.	AP-71310
Zone-Level Reservation Rule Priority	Zone-level reservation rules now take precedence over broader Building-level rules when both apply to the same resource, ensuring the nearest configured rule controls the reservation.	AP-70985
Cancelled Reservation Service Orders	Pending service orders associated with a cancelled reservation now retain the appropriate cancellation status instead of being removed.	AP-69790
