Timestamps for Concierge Comments

Traceability and clarity of Concierge comments are enhanced through the display of timestamps for every conversation. Chronological tracking is facilitated, ensuring the timing of each entry is clearly understood.

Key Highlights

  • Timestamp Visibility: A timestamp is displayed for every comment within the Concierge view to assist with audit trails.

  • Standardized Formatting: A uniform date and time format is applied to ensure all comments are easy to read and consistent with the application interface.

  • Optimized Date Logic: The year is omitted for any comment created within the current calendar year to maintain a streamlined view.

Release Schedule Information

The following is the release management schedule as per our Release Calendar for Public Cloud:

  • New Appspace functionality and major platform optimizations will now be released under a quarterly release cycle, scheduled at 08:00 pm CST on Friday.

  • Scheduled minor feature updates, cloud service optimizations, and bug and escalation fixes are typically scheduled at 08:00 pm CST time throughout the week, typically on a Tuesday or Friday.

  • Critical updates including security patches or emergency fixes that support the reliability and availability of the Appspace platform will be deployed as necessary and as soon as it is administratively feasible.
