Maintenance Releases

 

  • AP-61272 - User attempts to log in with a JIT-provisioned user in Private Cloud when SSO is enabled and the Lifecycle and JIT Modernization flags are turned on, causing the EULA page to be displayed twice once during activation and again on subsequent SSO login.
  • AP-61969 - User invitation activation in Private Cloud with the lifecycle modernization flag enabled causes the assigned role location to be missing from the user’s profile page after activation.
  • AE-13770 - Unable to upload photos when building an employee experience theme, as images that initially appear correctly later disappear and show only an orange frame instead.

Release Schedule Information

The following is the release management schedule as per our Release Calendar for Public Cloud:

  • New Appspace functionality and major platform optimizations will now be released under a quarterly release cycle, scheduled at 08:00 pm CST on Friday.

  • Scheduled minor feature updates, cloud service optimizations, and bug and escalation fixes are typically scheduled at 08:00 pm CST time throughout the week, typically on a Tuesday or Friday.

  • Critical updates including security patches or emergency fixes that support the reliability and availability of the Appspace platform will be deployed as necessary and as soon as it is administratively feasible.
